Hey there!

I'm looking for a room mate for a nice, two-bedroom apartment in the Charlotte Downtown or South End areas. Looking to move in around mid February (8th-20th). I'm 23 years old. The majority of my work will be from home and I would like some desk space in the common area to work during the day. I like to be social during the weekends but not super crazy (except maybe once in a blue moon). I have some locations I'm looking at, which would range from $1,800 - $2,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I really want a place that looks great, has a balcony and a nice view, washer/dryer, and is managed by a company (not a landlord). Looking for a roommate who can reliably pay rent, is reasonable (I've always been able to talk through anything that comes up with roommates), and is relaxed and pleasant to be around.
