Essence C - $850/month

Loking for my own place now that I'm single, however I'm not ready to move by myself just yet. I'm very laid back, I work most of the day so when I'm not working I'm sleeping, I like to workout and go places on the weekends. I work for Spectrum so we'd have free wifi & cable :) I keep my space very clean and I do love to cook. I'm looking for someone laid back like myself, who can respect separate space, genuine and open minded, mature but also fun and clean. I am able to move in or find a place with someone.
