I'm offering a furnished private bedroom with its own private bathroom in my 1,190-square-foot, top-floor corner apartment on the east slope of Magnolia near Interbay.
The Room
• The furnished bedroom includes a full-size bed, dressers, double closet and large window with views of surrounding trees. Another long closet is available to use in the hallway outside the bedroom. Additional storage if needed.
• There is a private full bath across the hall from the room.
Shared Space
• The family room/den awaits your input on what you’d like to have in there. There are currently chairs/tables, a desk, a massage chair, wet bar, ceiling fan and big picture window.
• The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer and eating bar.
• The view deck has dining area and breathtaking views. It’s also a fun place to watch unobstructed views of 4th of July and New Years Eve Fireworks.
• The Utilty room includes full-size washer and dryer, deep sink, and wall-to wall pantry space.

The secure building has an unusually nice collection of amenities:
• 24-hour fitness center with extensive equipment, sauna and showers plus private room with cold-plunge tub.

One of the unexpected joys of living here is the wildlife. During nesting season, it's wonderful to watch the birds care for their young and teach them to fly. There's always something happening including awesome cloud formations, and breathtaking rainbows.
What It's Like to Share My Home
I enjoy actually knowing and liking the woman I live with. I'm happy to occasionally share a meal, watch a movie or do something together—but there is no expectation that we need to socialize.
I think the sweet spot in shared living is mutual consideration, easy communication, some laughter, and respect for each other's privacy and separate lives.
My ideal roommate is kind, considerate, responsible and financially stable, and someone who is comfortable being herself while also being thoughtful about shared spaces and the person she lives with.
The Home Environment
This is a mellow, respectful home. Smoking, vaping, drugs, loud gatherings and excessive drinking aren't compatible within the household.
Occasional overnight guests are fine with advanced communication and consideration for the shared space.
