I have a 7 year old mini Aussie Shephed, Romeo, that is super well behaved, doesn’t bark, and loves all humans/dogs/cats. I'm clean, quiet, rarely (if ever) have people over, rarely and stay out late, I'm a runner training for a marathon. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I'm very flexible as far as chores and house rules that work for everyone else. I'm flexible on length of the lease as well. I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have.
