We DO have a 9lb Chihuahua, Chiquita, who thinks she is the boss of us all.

Newly cleaned carpets, fresh paint and new ceiling fan light with remote control. $750 room for unfurnished (photos of Room B unfurnished are attached). Room and bathroom are located at the front of the house and basically in their own separate wing / hall. Will share bathroom with one other male roommate. All utilities included: wifi (business high speed), electric, water, trash. Kitchen is a shared space and you will have cupboards and fridge and freezer space for your use. BONUS: Tenant will have access to a free user profile for streaming services on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus and Peacock.
Will first require a virtual interview to ensure good fit. If we move forward, you will be required to pay $100 for the application fee / background check / lease paperwork. $200 Move-In deposit to be refunded after six months rental. TWELVE MONTH lease.
