Two big closets, the room is 16x12, has a desk included, ideal for college student, very near to Claremont Colleges, 210 and10 freeways, centrally located, the house is within walking distance of groceries stores, restaurants, and trails. This is a safe neighborhood and we will practice social distancing. The room is for a single occupant, no smoking, no pets, no drugs, and no overnight guests are allowed. A parking spot is provided for just one car on the driveway. This is a shared bathroom, with two other male tenants. Must be willing to undergo criminal record and credit checks with an application fee. Must be able to provide proof of income.
Utilities are included, and hi-speed internet is available. Light cooking allowed, no extensive meal preps or cooking. We are looking for a drama-free and considerate roommate who loves adventure and has a good sense of humor.
