B H - $700/month

Hi, I Recently got out of my 3 yr lease in Long Beach and I’m looking for a room to rent (preferably month to month) in Orange County or LA County. I’m clean, organized and responsible. Will not have parties or overnight guests. I split my time between California and Alabama because I work remotely. I plan to work from my room and will go into the office 2 times a week. I’m hoping to move end of Aug/early September.
