i recently graduated from nyu and will be working in finance this july. i’m looking for a roommate to sign a lease with and interested in luxury or semi-luxury buildings between 20th street and 70th street (preferably midtown), though FiDi, Williamsburg, LIC could work. looking for a start date of mid july - mid august for a ~ one year lease. i’m extremely clean and would prefer a roommate who would agree to a cleaning schedule / basic cleaning rules. i’m flexible on taking a master bedroom vs. flex, depending on the specific situation and number of roommates.

i’m pretty social and would love to be friends, but i’ll also be working long hours and don’t mind keeping to myself. I like to go out with friends, try new bars / restaurants, travel, explore the city. i generally have friends over a few times a month for a pre-game or just to hang out, but can keep this limited if you need quiet hours at night. happy to chat more about anything :) if we need a guarantor, we would both need to provide one. i love pets and can take care of them! insta: @_varshini.k
