Looking for a housemate

Hi!
I'm looking to rent out the other room in the house. It has it's own private bathroom and a small walk in closet. It will be unfurnished. Most of the shared spaces will be partially furnished and changing to a more modern style :)
I would love someone who is respectable, and maybe even up for having game nights. Communication is important especially if you have people over.
I also have a cat so an animal lover is a must. I am open to pets on a case by case basis.
You are free to use the pool and shared spaces in the house. Parking in the driveway is perfectly fine and I have room if you need to store things in the garage.
Room will be available on June 17th and rent won't start until July :)
