I am a single woman looking for someone to share my lovely house with me. The room for rent is very spacious with windows on two sides and large walk in closet. Shared bathroom with soaking tub and large walk in shower. House has big living and dining rooms, piano, TV, and stereo that are all available to use. Whole house is fully furnished. Big front porch. Urban living close to many shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and public transportation. Back yard with fire pit. Street parking. I have a small 21# elderly poodle mix dog (Yoda). I would like someone to move i March 1st but would wait a bit for the right person. I would prefer a minimum of 2-3 months and then go month to month.
