Hello! I am looking for someone to fill my room in a wonderful 3 bed/3 bath apartment in Santa Monica starting October 1st. You would be living with two great females in their late 20’s/early 30’s. They are laid back, fun, and amazing people to live with. We are all friends and usually chill during the week (with an occasional wine night) and are social/active/out and about on the weekends. The two roommates both love to work out, explore LA, go out to eat, go to concerts, the beach, etc. Its a really wonderful household and I'm looking to leave my roommates with someone great!

Incredible location - 10 minute walk to the beach and right by Montana Ave. (tons of shops, coffee spots, amazing restaurants, etc.)
