Hi all,

Moving back to NYC after living in Boston for two years. I just landed a job in the Financial District at an Innovation Lab and am looking for an apartment not further than 30 minutes away from Southern Manhattan.

I'm a very easygoing roommate who's clean and respectful of others' space. I'll be going into the office every day during the week and am not looking to spend more than $1500 per month on rent.

Looking for another chill roommate or two.

I used to work for The NoMad (RIP)/Eleven Madison Park SH before transitioning into politics. I've spent the last 3 years in tech and am now moving into sustainability.
