I’m going through a transition right now and saving up to buy a house so I have decided that this would be the best option for me to achieve my goal. I am on the autism spectrum and have a small 6lb fully trained service dog who for the majority of the time would go with me when I’m gone. I keep to myself for the most part, I’m OCD so I’m super clean and tidy. I don’t smoke, drink, or do anything else. I’m fine with furnished or unfurnished as I do have a lot of things in storage that I can pick from to make the room comfortable so that’s not a problem. I don’t mind if it’s a shared bathroom or not, obviously I’d prefer a separate one but either way.. I wouldn’t have company over again for the most part.
