The unit is located in the highly desirable Clairemont neighborhood, with quick access to the I-805, nearby shopping centers, and the popular Convoy restaurant district.

A little about me: I’m LGBTQ (not a requirement for you — just being transparent). I have no preference on who I live with and genuinely enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.

I’ve lived with roommates my entire life and truly value a clean, respectful, and well-communicated living environment. I’m outgoing, organized, responsible, and very easy to get along with — but cleanliness is my number one priority. I’m looking for someone who cleans up after themselves consistently and respects shared spaces.

I very rarely drink alcohol. If you do, that’s totally fine — as long as it’s responsible and not disruptive. I’m open to small gatherings, but this is not a party house.
