Hi all. Moving to NYC soon, looking for an apartment in midtown, downtown or near central park and also a roommate. Move in date anywhere between 6/1 and 7/1.

I'm open to most neighborhoods in Manhattan, but would ideally look to share a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment to enjoy more space and good amenities (gym, rooftop, etc.). I'm a working professional, willing to go up to $3,500 for my share.

As far as the roommate, I've gotten along well with all my previous roommates. Looking for someone who is generally tidy and outgoing. I am a social person so I would want to host friends from time to time. I go into the office so will be out most of the week either playing sports, enjoying the city or working out.
