Jackson F - $1,500/month

Hey! My name is Jackson and I'm 23 years old. I've been living in Bushwick for almost the last two years, and am looking for a new set-up.

My current roommate is moving out so I technically will have a vacant room starting August 1st. Rent increase is a bit out of my range ($1675 per person max), but haven't tried negotiating it down yet so I'm open to moving to a new place.

I keep common spaces clean, and I'm not noisy -- I play the drums but no space in a NYC apartment for that so will not be an issue there.

I like to have a few friends over occasionally to just chill and hang out, but it won't be too often.

I'm looking to find a new roommate who is down to be friends -- no need to be besties but would love to be more than just "splitting the rent." I'm into movies (AMC A-List), tv, board games, going out every now and then, and exploring the city.

Also, I'm allergic to dogs and most cats so would not be able to live with pets.
