I'm a 45 year old women who lives with my dogs and cats- so don't need any more animals. I like to laugh, be with positive thinking people and love outdoor activities and yoga. I'm not a party person. I don't want to date a roommate. I'm a clean and sober person and smoke a little, but outside. I work out of the house and need a roommate who also doesn't work from home. I would like a roommate that will clean up after themselves, help keep the common areas clean as well as the outside and pool area. Individual should be respectful of the use of utilities as these are included in the rent.
