I am a young professional and I just purchased my first house in beautiful Montrose area. All of my friends in town are moving in with their wives/girlfriends - that's the reason I need to use these types of websites. The room comes with en suite bathroom and closet, parking spot under covered car port, and plenty of street parking also. I entertain quite a bit, so I wouldn't want a roommate to try and take over the living spaces, but the roomie can come and go as they please at whatever time of day and of course use the kitchen area at will.

Beautiful townhosue - own room and en suite bathroom with walk in closet. Everything in the house is updated. Lovely backyard with giant Magnolia tree for shade. Bedroom is on second floor. First floor is living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. Home is across the street from St. Thomas University. You would have a covered spot in my car port behind the house.
