23F Looking for an affordable, queer-friendly space with friendly roommates! Preferably close to public transportation. In a perfect world, I'd love a place that has parking available, in building laundry, and pet-friendly, but am very flexible with all amenities.

Budget of $1250. Looking to move around April, but could move up the date for the perfect place.

I'm very quiet and clean, and hope to have roommates who are the same. I always tidy up after myself, especially in the kitchen. Am super happy and willing to be sociable with my roommates, but I am also very respectful of everyone's private time.
