Originally from central NJ, but I currently live on the west coast.

I'm heading to grad school at UPenn this fall for a 1 year master's in education program. Looking to move in early August.

At home, I Netflix, listen to music & podcasts and generally just chill with my dog. She is 7, fully housebroken (10+ hours alone with no issues), and loves people.

Home is my peaceful place, so I'm not the type to invite lots of people over. I do have a boyfriend who lives in MD, and he'll visit on weekends once or twice a month.

I like to keep things tidy, especially common areas. I'm open to hiring a cleaning service as well if cleaning isn't your thing. Non-smoker, 420 friendly outdoors.

Outside home, I like to try new restaurants/bars and go to live shows, but of course being a busy grad student will take up the majority of my time. I'm active with community events here, and I hope to do the same in my new city.

Overall, I'm an easygoing person who's usually up for anything.
