Hi! Im Kelsey. I’m 27 and just purchased a two bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in Downingtown pa and am looking for a roommate to move in end of June- early July. My house is in walking distance to Victory Brewing Company and other downtown bars/ restaurants. I am about 1 mile away from train station as well. Both bedrooms have a walk in closet and bathroom inside bedroom. I have a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The house will be fully furnished outside of the spare room and there is a finished basement. I live alone with my dog and am a very clean and active person. I don’t want other pets and am looking for a very clean low maintence roommate to live with us for the next year or longer. I'm looking for someone who is fun, clean and will treat the house as if it is their own. I do not want to be left picking up after you or cleaning your dishes, bathroom etc. :) Rent is $785 plus utilities. Email me if you are interested and I will send you more details
