I play soccer, I workout, I eat well, I write, I go to shows, and i'm always down to chill if i'm not doing anything.

As a roommate I'm very respectful, not needy at all, and down to live in a fun environment. I clean up after myself, I'm responsible, and easy going.

As for house rules; clean up after yourself (doesn't need to be spotless, no cigarettes in the house.

I'm alright with guests, over night guests, parties, 4/20 is fine by me, and whatever.
