Searching for a roommate (Male, preferably professional and 20s) to resign a lease (12 months) for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Sunnyside, NY. My current roommate is moving out, and I’m looking to fill the second room.

- Laundry is around the corner, no more than a 2 min walk
- 1/2 min to the 7 Train (literally the best spot to get to the train)
