Hi all!! My name is Kassie and I’m 23 years old (24 on the 26th)! I am looking for a roommate that would like to live in Marina Del Rey/Venice/Santa Monica area or Glendale. I’ve seen a few apartments in Marina Del Rey that I am interested in but would like to have a roommate/friend. All places I’m looking into are 2b2b and my budget is around $1750 per room (hopefully I can stay under). I have all the common area furniture, hope it’s your style.

About me: I work at a law firm, PC gamer by night, love going out with my friends or occasionally having them over (they are friendly). I watch a lot of sports and go shopping a little too often. I am a complete CLEAN FREAK and hopefully you are too (we can hire someone if not lol). When I cook it is enough for the both of us. 😇
