Transferring my lease for one bedroom with a private bathroom in a 2bed/bath. Apartment is very spacious and has a huge patio. Apartment amenities are fantastic include a pool, gym, spa, hot tub, dog park, fire pits. Apartment has in unit laundry, a dishwasher, and shared spaces are fully furnished already. Parking spot in an enclosed garage is included as well. Lease ends Nov. 2, but my roommate would like to renew if interested.
