I have a room to rent in Tullahoma Tn. I'm looking for a roommate who keeps their space and shared spaces clean. Must be employed and pay rent on the 1st of each month, plus half the electric bill.

This room is located in the quietest Apartment complex in Tullahoma. Pool available.

1 Bedroom plus bathroom with private toilet and sink and a roommate-style shower/tub. Shared Living room, Kitchen, and Laundry room with washer/ dryer. Supply your own food, laundry detergents, and cleaning supplies.

Internet is included but you will be responsible for half of the electric bill. Parking is available right in front of the apartment and I live on a lower level. No stairs.
