I work in the concert and live event industry so I travel a good portion of the year. I don't mind living with pets as long as the owner does a good job of cleaning up after them. I tend to keep to myself when I am home but do occasionally enjoy hanging out with roommates.

Parties on the weekend are okay, however not okay during the weekdays.

As an added bonus I own a washer and dryer and am comfortable with a roommate using it as long as certain rules are followed

I'm generally an easy going person as long as we both respect our own spaces, quiet hours, and cleanliness practices.
