Owen S - $1,500/month

I'll be moving to area for a job next to Truist Park at the end of July and would possibly be looking for a roommate.

A little about me: I'm 24, graduated from both UConn with my undergradand Purdue with my master's. I'm a Civil Engineer specializing in nuclear facilities. Was a dorm resident assistant for three years, so I'd say I'm probably a good roommate? I don't smoke, vape, do drugs, and don't really drink (somewhat still a square from being an RA for so long). Don't really party, biggest gathering I'd probably have is bringing a group over to run a Dungeons and Dragons game.

Requirements for me are probably a separate bedroom with my own bathroom, no smoking, and stuff to be relatively quiet on weeknights. If that sounds good, let me know!
