Looking to fill a room in a 4bed 3bath home

Hello! Looking to fill a room in my house by Julyish.

I'm looking for a clean, chill, cat friendly, lgbtqia+ person to rent out the spare room in a 4 bedroom house in Austell. The room is 10’x10’, unfurnished and does share a bathroom with one other room but you would have access to all other amenities within the house. The house is spacious with a front/back yard, garage, large kitchen, porch and dedicated craft space (the basement also has ample space for storage if you need to store stuff). We are also putting together a garden space and will be happy to let any new roomies use it if they would like. An in-unit washer and dryer is provided as well. There is one more available pet slot on the lease (ESA are not included in that limitation). Although, we do have a preference for cats as we already have 2 living here.

Rent is approximately $600 per month (it varies based on utility usage) and includes everything except for wifi (which will be split evenly between all tenants). All other additional costs, such as purchases for the maintenance of the home, will also be split accordingly as they arise (will be discussed ahead of time!). I will also note that this house has stairs and is unfortunately not the most accessible if you can not use stairs, very sorry. Smoking/heavy scents (like incense) is also not allowed within the house, occasional candle and Febreze is fine though. If you smoke, all smoking will have to to take place outside.

Also we do not mind occasional guests but if you are regularly wanting to bring people over we may not be the house for you.
