Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The third bedroom is currently used for storage, workout equipment, self tapes. The apartment is rent controlled, and would be month to month. You would get a private unfurnished bedroom and bathroom, also use of the extra bedroom for storage, etc. the apartment is centrally located in West Hollywood on Alfred Street. I have lived in this apartment for 14 (!) years and I’m looking for someone who also treats the home as a sanctuary. No drugs, no parties- I am a bit of a homebody when not working. Looking for someone with similar values. Also, I’m looking for someone who works a job full-time (preferably not work from home). Rent will be $1550 a month. I have parking passes for the street, as well.
