Oriyah V - $750/month

I am recently divorced and looking for a place to rebuild from. I would prefer a room and separate bath. I am also open to finding a two bedroom two bathroom with someone in the Newark DE or Wilmington area. I have good rental history and a steady income.
I have 1 small cockapoo male dog. He is great with kids and other dogs....some cats.
I do have nice living room furniture and my own bedroom furniture. I am very chill and respectful to all cultures and lifestyles.
