This apartment is a gorgeous 2-bedroom on the first floor of an historic home in Garden Court, U City. It has high ceilings, large windows, original hardwood floors, a back yard, and a private porch for the room currently available. Rent is 625 plus gas, WiFi, and electric. It has in-unit laundry, great water pressure, and a decent amount of sunshine. All facilities are in good working condition, including heat and air.
The upstairs neighbors and I are all good friends and super kind. We like to garden, cook, and just experience the neighborhood together, as there’s a lot to do and see around here. Everyone is COVID conscious. The neighbors on the block are generally awesome people, and parking is generally very available. I’ve never had a problem finding it. I’m really bent on finding a roommate who will be a positive and responsible contribution to this building’s positive/chill vibes :)
The house has a yard and a garden, and the neighborhood in general is quite safe for the city. I’ve never felt in danger, provided common sense is exercised. Let me know if you have any further questions!
