Available Room for Rent

Short term roommate wanted

Were looking for someone to rent until julyish (lease is up on june 30th.) We have a master bedroom available and a smaller room available. whole house is 1834ft, weve furnished the communal space (living and kitchen) but the room is empty and you'd be sharing a bathroom.
utilities usually average at 150ish

We currently have 2 people living here including myself, we are 20 and 18, hopefully looking for someone close to us in age. We don't party but you may have to deal with some noise like guitars, video game chatter, or DnD night. All im looking for is someone who won't make a mess (please)
