I am a recent graduate who moved to the city in late October 2019. I have been subletting a friend's room but they are returning to the city and reclaiming their space. I have pretty much lived in shared spaces continually for the past 5 years, sometimes with a private room and shared facilities, other times in multiperson rooms. Thus I have a lot of experience managing and accommodating different living styles. I am not a clean freak but do enjoy the comfort of walking into an orderly house, and with all the shared spaces left ready for the next user. I am a technical theater maker, working freelance as a designer, stagehand, board op, basically anything a theater needs I am happy to try my best at. That does mean that I work a non-traditional schedule, and am often working during the evening. I identify as Queer and thus am very interested in an LGBT+ friendly space. I am a big cook and love making delicious food, but always make sure I leave the kitchen better than how I found it. I am a dog lover, and am sad I don't have one right now, which means I would be more than happy to hang out with your pupper or personable cat while you are out.
