My name is Lily
I'm looking for a roommate to live in my house starting August 1st. I live in a 3 story townhouse in olde richmond (between fishtown and port richmond).

My future roommate would get the second floor bedroom and bathroom. I have the master bedroom and bathroom on the third floor and office space on the second floor. The bedroom has 2 closets and pretty large, enough for king size bed and dressers.

i travel for work 50% of the time and work from home the rest. I visit my BF in NY on the weekends, so to be honest im rarely home. I do have a 10 year old pet cat who is really social and friendly. Sometimes on the annoying side, to be honest.

i am pretty quiet and keep to myself and tend to go to bed early (10PM). I am happy to hang out in the living area and would like to be friendly to my roommate but don't feel the need to be best friends.
