One bedroom is available in a townhouse in west poplar from April 2024. The rent is $800/room. Utilities are not included and will be split among three people (you, the other roommate, and me).
You will need to share the same bathroom with another female roommate.

About me:
I’m a working professional working from home. In my free time, I like to work out, do anything outdoors, go out for a drink or stay at home playing video games or watching anime. I have a small but very friendly dog who always appreciates the attention. The other roommate and I are easygoing and open to how things should work within the house.
What I ask:
- be respectful with and kind to everyone in the house
- no discrimination of any kind based on race, religion, or gender identity
- clean up after yourself in the shared space
- no smoking
- pets are allowed, but we must ensure they get along with my dog.
