Medium-sized bedroom on 3rd floor with window facing the backyard. Bathroom on 3rd floor is shared with myself. We are all in our 30s and are very respectful, courteous, laid-back and keep the house clean! Kitchen has updated appliances. Full size washer/dryer.
We are looking for a male/female upper 20s to upper 30s who has stable income, is respectful and pays bills on time.
Central A/C! (You do not need a window unit)
Lots of local restaurants/bars as we are close to Main street in Manayunk (10 minute walk)
Back patio has a fire-pit and grill we all share.
No smoking in the house. Not a party house although we do like to have friends over sometimes. There is room in the basement for storage. The neighborhood is family-oriented and not loud (for philly standards).
Landlord is very friendly (does not live in-house), I currently live here on the 3rd floor and am assisting with finding a new tenant.
First, last month and security deposit due up front. -$1650 for move-in.
Utilities are split 4 ways - Internet, Gas, Water, Electric - Generally $80-120 per month
