Lovely Apartment in Valley Village!

Looking for a clean, mature person (ideally female but open) to rent a room in my 2/2 apartment in Valley Village. It's a steal of a deal, and a gem of a building, so I'd like to be picky and find the right person. Available immediately upon qualification.

Apt. is an upstairs unit in a 12-unit building, has private garage parking, near the 101 freeway, cheap laundry room downstairs, sweetest manager ever right downstairs, your bedroom is small but closet is huge w/ private bathroom, Central heat/AC, bills not bad. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests. Bedroom is 138" x 120", closet 55" x 102".

Ideally hoping for someone clean, quiet, Christian, keeps regular hours, is nice to be around but we don't have to be besties.

I'm a Christian woman working at a film studio, been in LA 11 years and active in my church the last 10. Not home a ton when not in quarantine, workout regularly in the living room, occasionally have a girlfriend or 2 over for TV and dinner after work.
