Hi my name's Tom.
I am in corporate management in Santa Clarata area but I live in San Diego County. I need to rent a private bedroom, furnished is great but not necessary, shared bath is OK shared kitchen is OK. ( I usually go back to San Diego for the weekend.)
As a roommate I am pleasent, mostly quiet, very clean, and respectful of other people's privacy, I look for the same in others. I have a good reference from the people I'm staying with now. But they are moving out of state so I have to find another Room otherwise I'd stay where I am. I'm looking for a place were without kids, no partying during the week, Non smoking at least in the house.
I need to move no later than the 25th of June.
