Michael R - $600/month

I’m entering into a divorce and am looking to move out of my existing house in Frisco. Unfortunately I cannot afford an apartment by myself yet as I’ll be starting over financially. So my preference would be to find an interested female roommate (over another male) to split the cost of a two bedroom, two bath apartment and become good platonic friends. My starting budget would be $500, but could stretch it a little if I absolutely need to.

If this sounds interesting to anyone, I would be happy to meet you for coffee or a drink to see if there’s mutual interest?

I’m a clean cut, professional (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science form OU) who stays very busy running a startup residential construction company here locally with a business partner. When I’m not working, I enjoy relaxing over a cold beverage or whiskey and eating good food.
