Hello! My name is Jiayi and I’m looking for roommates at Hilltop Apartments or for someone to take over my lease. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, and can fit up to 4 people.

Total rent: $4700
Individual rent: $1300

Amenities include a pool and spa, on-site laundry, outdoor lounge, free coffee bar, and a hammock garden! It is pet friendly. The apartment will also have a balcony.

Parking will be available. It is right next to the 18 bus and is super close to UCSC campus. It’s also near Safeway.

I am a UCSC student, female, incoming junior, currently majoring in Earth Science. I love watching anime, listening to kpop, and cooking. I am very neat and tidy and I go to sleep early.
