21 year old from Chicago looking into a move to san fran, but those rent numbers are hiiiiiiigh.
Very carefree and minimalist person, just need a place for my bed and computer. I'm very social and open to groups or entertaining house guests often, but don't mind taking my business elsewhere if you prefer a quieter situation either. Not in the area currently and thus not locally employed, but I have enough to cover a lease and some remote side hustles, and will be applying for jobs as soon as I close in on a place to be employed on arrival.
Trying to stay within the "real" city.

Good with: Pets, LGBTQ, 420 (but I am strongly against smoking indoors), any gender, and most anything really.

Dealbreakers: Cigarettes, poor hygiene, flakiness, anything to get us into trouble. I'm far from a hardass but I don't wanna end up a housekeeper if I'm splitting rent evenly. If you can keep to yourself, clean your messes, and don't mind setting some rules to get things flowing smoothly we'll get along just fine.
