Very outgoing and extroverted. Super carefree; I prefer to match the vibe of the room and my free time is often spent just going out first and finding what to do later, and prefer to spend my time indoors playing games, cleaning, cooking, or doing work. Not one for static activities. Would love a gym buddy, but open to just about all kinds of people and prefer to find out if we get along through conversation.

Preferably aiming to have at least one roommate closer to my age, but am open to any size group. All for being part of a community.
Friendly with LGBT, 420, any gender, pets, etc etc. Only deal breakers are smoking indoors and poor hygiene.

NEED somewhere with high walkability. Nearby public transport or fair biking distance to downtown San Francisco acceptable, but nowhere that I must drive. Not picky about space.
