Harmon - $1,300/month

Looking for a Mid/High-end (~$2000-$2600/mo) 2-bed apartment/roommate in the Irvine/newport area - ideally with a garage. My budget is around 1300/mo, but willing to negotiate payment ratio depending on circumstance (and garage).

On weekdays, I get up around 5am to go to the gym. I work in investment banking so I work a lot. I typically go to bed between 9pm-10pm. On Weekends, I get up around 11am and go to bed around 2am. I do like to go out, I just usually don't. I'm very organized, clean, and particular with my diet.
