Im pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I like to openly discuss any issues that may potentially arise immediately so we all understand each other. I work the midnight shift so I do need the house pretty quiet until about 2pm. I am a Christian woman but I do not push my religion on anyone. Violence will not be tolerated at all. I am 5 years in remission from cancer and I do have a few minor health issues but I am very independent. I would rather not have guests on a regular basis but I'm not saying no guests at all.

I just bought a house last year, with my daughter and she got married last week and will be moving out by August 1st 2026. I have 1 other roommate.I'm asking $800 a month with first and last month up front. A 6 month lease will be provided and if things work out after 6 months I will offer a 1 year lease. I expect at least 30 days notice if you are moving out.The house is in a quiet, small town neighborhood. Close to stores and parks. Large fenced in back yard. A deck in the front I have 2 dogs. There are 2 bathrooms in the house but the 2nd bathroom needs to be remodeled so we share 1 bathroom for now. There is a storage shed in the property and detached garage in the back. Parking is available in the front and back of the property. All pets need approval and another $50 a month will be charged for pets. Chores will be divided equally.
