Hi! I'm moving away from home for the first time around July/Aug. I'm looking to find a room with someone closer to downtown if possible and really hoping to find an apartment with utilities and parking included.

I work at a crypto hedge fund, so my income fluctuates with the performance of the fund; this means I'm a bit more sensitive on the rent amount. Outside of work, I lift weights, read fantasy/historical fiction/nonfiction, and try new cafes or explore my area. I'm more introverted and slow to warm up, but once I do, you'll find that I'm chronically online and enjoy a good game.

Overall, I keep my spaces clean, rise and sleep early, and spend parts of my week working from home.
