Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate (1 or 2) to move into ideally November 2019.

What I’m looking for:

-Financially responsible (pay stubs etc.)
-Clean
-Doesn’t bring a party home. Glass of wine in evening ok.
-Ideally older than 30

Me:

I’m a mid-40s responsible, quiet, designer with minimal furniture - although I have a lovely white sofa I’m happy to donate to our new place! I’m open to locations (whichever boroughs) as long as ideally by public transit. Budget depends on location, but goal is $1000/mo or less. I would like to minimally only have 1 or 2 roommates (ideally women) but am open for the right group of like minded people. I'm moving out of my neighborhood because I would love a change from Crown Heights. I like reading, museums, the arts and personal development. I currently travel a lot for work but also often work from home or in cafes. Home is most definitely a sanctuary.
