Spacious and Private Bedroom - 25 Mins to Manhattan

Hello everyone,

This is Raz. Me and my girlfriend are looking for a roommate in our beautiful and spacious apartment in Prospect Park neighborhood. Move in date is 1st of April 2020.

We are living as couple in one of the rooms and the potential roommate would get the other room which easily hosts king size bed, double couch and other furniture needed. Living room&kitchen is already equipped with fine furniture and appliances.

Some requirements we have for the roommate to move in are cleanliness (we never leave dishes or leave bathroom dirty etc.), no drugs or smoking in the apartment, respectful in terms of noise, financial stability to be on the lease and pay the rent on time.

The place is located conveniently by Parkside Ave Q train stop or Church Ave Q&B stop with an easy commute to Manhattan less then 30 mins. There are fine bars and restaurants that are walking distance and lots of grocery stores & deli for anything you would need basically. Female applicants will have priority in our decision.

We have high speed internet, cable tv (wall mounted tv in the living room), in building laundry service, elevator (apartment is on 6th floor). The rent is 1200 dollars a month plus around 100-150 dollars a month of expenses (internet and tv included). To move in, rental company requires the roommate to be on the lease and provide 1 month security deposit together with the first month’s rent.
