Hi! I'm a transplanted Floridian who has been in the city for a couple years now. I've lived in Brooklyn and Manhattan and am looking at going back out to the boroughs in Queens. Currently I live in Hell's Kitchen and work by Grand Central.

I have a pretty regular schedule working 9-5, although sometimes I do work from home, but don't really need a lot of space to do it. I do some light cooking but I'm not in the kitchen every night, and enjoy coming home and having a beer or wine and watching sports. Love animals, so if you have pets I'd be more than happy to befriend them.

I'm definitely looking for a place with a couple of fun roommates who aren't total strangers to the end of the lease, but I do understand respecting people's privacy.
