I'm a very easy-going individual who loves lazy weekends watching tv, or loves to go out with friends for brunch or to bars. If the weather permits it, I love hitting up the slopes for a day trip in Pennsylvania too. I work at an architecture/engineering firm full-time, but do enjoy doing some side jobs with either Uber Eats or dog-walking. I love coming home to a clean apartment, so that is one thing I will ask is to always help me keep the common areas clean. I prefer dishes to be done the same night, but won't get upset if they're done the next day.
I also have two small little birds who are very well behaved, and stay in my room, most of the time.
I would love to get to know my roommate, and hopefully become friends who enjoy watching some shows together. Of course, I will always respect your privacy, and if we don't become fast friends... that's okay too. Let's both respect each other space though, and be considerate as roommates.

I am looking to sign a new year lease with someone starting March 1st! This is a newly renovated apartment building with 6 units in the building. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The only parking available for this unit is street parking, but you will always be able to find a spot to park, its just if it is after 9pm, you may have to park a couple streets down.
The apartment is fully furnished, except for the available room. However, my old roommate may be willing to sell some of her items to anyone interested. The room is 10x10 with a lot of indirect light that comes into the space. As I said it has been renovated only 2 years ago, so all of the fixtures in the building are newer with clean walls and nice flooring. The room offers a good size closet, but we also have a very large closet in the living room that is used to store any suitcases and winter jackets.
The apartment offers a washer and dryer inside the building, so no having to walk outside to the laundry. There is also a large storage unit available to all tenants in the basement. I store a lot of items down there.
