2 Rooms for the price of 1 available in our Townhouse w/Private Bath

Looking to fill before or by March 1st

We're two young professional women in our 20's and early 30’s looking for a 3rd young professional Female roommate to sign a 1 year lease. We have 2 unfurnished rooms that the person will occupy. One could be used as a regular bedroom while the other could be used as a study, a TV room, an office or a really big closet.

The townhouse has:

- A spacious shared kitchen

-Large dining and living room

-Half bath downstairs on main level

-Laundry room is in basement, with washer, dryer and tons of storage space.

-Quiet community with lots of grassy areas

-Free parking

We are looking for professional women only, no couples, no smoking and drug use, no pets or children. Someone who is neat, organized and respectful. The house is pretty quiet during the week but we may have friends over occasionally during the weekends.

-Utilities can run from $60-$80 per person per month depending on the time of the year (water is included)

-Within a 10 min car ride there is a metro stop, a few grocery stores, a mall, restaurants, a movie theater, a few gyms etc…

-We are about 15 mins from Silver Spring and about 25 mins from Washington DC

-In close proximity to walking paths
